• Constructed ecosystem strategy and presented business plan of two potential ventures focused on growing customer loyalty to executive suite of a large mall operator.
• Overhauled fruit distributors’ production and supply chain operating model by consolidating international production locations and identifying future organizational requirements in tandem with executive team.

Pricing / Revenue Management

• Identified strategic revenue management initiatives, for a large US based cruise line’s revenue management department, in direct coordination with VP of Revenue Management.
• Devised methodology to quantify success of historical pricing initiatives and created tool suite to enable analysts to implement category pricing as part of pricing initiative.
• Conducted analyses to revamp subscription pricing strategy for marketing technology firm

Airline Customer Service

• Built a data-based tool for an airline to recommend compensation amounts to better address needs of disrupted passengers and oversaw implementation with customer service agents.

Retail Localization

• Produced localized micro and macro space strategy for specialty retailer, including category layout planning and item assortment selection.

Developed cost and pricing model in excel to enable partners to understand economics and push forward business development conversations

Created code in R to map and identify fastest modality between distribution centers and surrounding cities to provide customers insights into how Elroy Air could help their business

• Determined aircraft configuration requirements for FAA-compliant tests for 787-9 and 747-8I test aircraft.
• Designed tracking applications to increase consistency of monitoring techniques during aircraft refurbishment.
